General Policy for Media Accreditation

• To organize interviews with speakers, sponsors and exhibitors, please contact base press manager directly on lindsey.bredin@basecommunications.co.uk

Access to Media Facilities

• Media pass holders will be entitled to access all conference plenaries, modules, roundtables and workshops free of charge.
• Media pass holders will have access to basic media centre services including PCs, fax, photocopy, internet
• Wireless internet will be available to all media holders and passwords will be available in the media centre and at media registration

Access to Conference and Personalities

• Press pen facility will be available to cameras and photographers during the opening ceremony. However, free roaming access for cameras is envisaged.
• Prior to the conference and onsite, interviews are open to facilitation by contacting base press manager directly (see contacts below)
• All keynotes and modules are ON THE RECORD.
• All roundtables and workshops are OFF THE RECORD. Press are requested to ask concerned participant whether they agree to be quoted.
